Dental health care insurance for children under 18

Dental health care insurance for children under 18.  I have two children under the age of 18 my daughter has very good teeth but my son on the other hand has week tooth enamel and get cavities very easily.

I do not have dental insurance and the cost for his dental care is getting to be just to much for me to handle on my own.  Is there any plans I could get him that is very low in cost?  Or any place I can take him to that would be low to free in cost since he is still a minor?  Please do the best to advise on all my options.   Out here in Texas
