Dental health care, Crowns cost
So I have yellow teeth with very week tooth enamel. This makes it very easy for my teeth to get cavities. Because I get cavities my teeth chip easy too. I think I am tired of all this hassle and want to just crown all of my teeth. So my question is how much would something like that cost and would dental insurance cover for you to have all your teeth crowned?

Well most dental insurance plans will cover for crowns. Issues you may want to make note of.
Dentist will normally not just crown teeth that do not need to be crowned.
Read the dental insurances and know the limits some plans will have waiting periods for crowns and max annual dollar limits making so you are not going to be able to get a full mouth of crowns in one year.
Even on some HMO plan they will not cover you to get a full set of crowns at some point it may be consider cosmetic dental services that are not normally covered.

You are talking a ton of money even with having dental insurance. Say you get a plan that covers around 50% crown cost can range between 600 – 1000 per crown. Even at 50% you can see how your cost would be very high. And that is assuming that you can find a dental insurance plan that does not have a yearly max and will cover to have all your teeth crowned.
I am sure there must be a better way to address your dental needs then crowning all your teeth.

I think you should talk to your dentist. If you are having such problems with your teeth I am not why the dentist would not advise you about care.
I thinking (though I am not a dentist) that you could just whiten you teeth so they are not so yellow. Then put dental sealants to help protect your teeth for tooth decay since you stated you have weaken tooth enamel. Doing that would still be much cheaper then crowning all your teeth.
