Dental Insurance for Braces, I am 25 wanting some braces
I have a great dental insurance plan that I get though my job. I have good teeth but I do have a gap between my front teeth that I gotten over time. Other then the gap I have no other dental issues.
My one problem is I am thinking about getting braces just to fit the gap. My current dental insurance plan does not cover for adult braces. So if I do get braces as it is I would have to pay for everything. Is there anything I can get to help me with the cost of braces? I do not want to cancel my current dental insurance plan since I get it for free.

Before starting any dental work for braces just buy a dental insurance plan that offer adult braces. Since your other plan does not offer brace coverage, there would be no cross coverage issues.

You can also look for a dental discount plan and save at least 20 percent off the cost of braces. Another nice thing about a discount plans is age is not a factor in having braces nor is the type of braces you may want. As an adult you may not want a mouth full of metal however dental insurance normally only pays out for the metal type braces.

I am 30 years old so when I got braces I had to go to a dental discount plan to save some money off the cost of my braces. The problem I had with insurance was I could not find a dental insurance plan that covered adult braces.
