   I remember my nail biting days. Bad habit you should try and brake it. However what has happen to you has happen to me as well when I use to bit my nails.

   Easy and quite fix is floss. Floss will get the bit of nail out that is stuck.

   Ouch, I feel for you. About the only thing I could think of was flossing it out if your nail was stuck that badly
